This one's easy, reason number 6 that Philadelphia is #1: Dr. J, Julius Errrrrvinnng! The Hall of Famer Julius was pure class, pure athleticism and he helped lead the Sixers to the NBA championship in 1983 in one of the greatest runs in playoff history.
